Imagine tender BBQ pulled pork on Kimchi fried rice with Argentinean chimichurri salsa, or mashed sweet potatoes with chargrilled marinated chicken and Mexican black bean and corn salsa.
Unlike most salad bars, the food at Urban Mix is flavour-packed. Our choices are so varied that customers can choose their mix to be completely vegan, vegetarian, paleo, or keto-friendly. Or, if they choose, they can create a bowl with 1500 calories.
Perhaps you’re putting together a healthy mix with romaine lettuce, baby spinach, edamame, fresh avocado, and shredded carrots, but to add a little spice, you throw on some Korean pork belly.
Our concept allows you to be 50%, 80%, 90%, or 100% healthy, so you can be as healthy as you want to be.
