At Vatos, we don't call it fusion. It's a legacy of two cultures that simply grew up together. Our founder Sid Kim puts it simply: this is just normal food to him, shaped by a childhood spent Korean in LA, surrounded by the flavors of Mexican cuisine. The result isn't your typical Ko-Mex spot. Nearly everything, from our sauces to our salsas and marinades, is made from scratch in-house, going into dishes crafted to taste as good as they look, like our Kimchi Carnitas Fries and Galbi Tacos, favorites with locals and visitors alike.
